Republic Day Celebration - 2020

The 71th Republic Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur at S.N. Public High School on January 25, 2020 (Saturday). The students presented a cultural bonanza to bring the patriotic spirit alive. Navdeep of class VIII presented a beautiful patriotic song      “Teri Mitti mein mil jau, Gul ban k main khil jau.”  It was followed by a speech of Sanjana of Class XI who presented a remarkable history of Republic Day and Indian Constitution through her spellbinding words. The students who got Gold, Silver or Bronze Medals in the Olympiad Exams of English and Maths were felicitated by Rev. Manager Sir and Principal Mam. A play was staged based on the theme of patriotism and bravery. Various Folk Dance Performances were also presented by students. A Fancy dress competition was organised in which tiny tots of S.N. Pre School participated by dressed as Freedom fighters & Political personalities.  Principal Mam thanked all the teachers and staff involved with the organization of the Republic Day programme.

The function ended with singing National Anthem by all the students and teachers.
